Mr. Jones-Smith-Miller-Sanchez said...: Staring at oneself while working out, now i can say I am far from metro but i do prefer mirrors. Here's a lesson: Ro while working out a certain form will increase productivity of the workout. Looking in a mirror will ensure one of the correct form. :)
