I really should have voted on the picture/no picture thing. I really can't handle the pictures. It doesn't look that bad in real life. And whoever voted for the interview with Rene (that's with one e), you really should re-think that. Her life is tremendously booooring!!
That's nasty. Rob, you really need to learn how to defend yourself without getting the crap kicked out of you! Maybe you are not paying enough attention when they give instructions. I want to again stress my vote for no more nasty pictures.
Pretty pretty. At least the swelling went down a whole lot. Hopefully you'll recover in a few more days and then you can go back to Taekwondo.... just be careful when you go back. Try to remain injury free for at least 2 months.

I've found it helps if you make it a game. See how long you can go without getting injured. Then, after you recover, try to beat that record.
